PAYMENT OF PRE-SUMMER COURSES
Payment in full of Pre-Summer courses is due by May 1. If
you have made your deposit by credit card, we will charge the
balance to your credit card on or about May 1, unless you notify us
of a preferred method of payment.

you have made your deposit by credit card, we will charge the
balance to your credit card on or about June 1, unless you notify us
of a preferred method of payment.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a deposit of $100 per adult registration per week;
($50 for week-end courses). If for some reason you find that
you have to cancel a booking, this deposit is non-refundable,
however it can be used as a deposit for another course within the
same season. Up to two weeks before commencement of the course, your
notification in writing permits you to receive a full refund, less
deposit. If we are forced to cancel a course, we will inform you at
least two weeks prior to the course’s start date and your deposit
will be returned in full.
BURSARIES
In order for everyone to participate in Sorrento Centre's
programs, we are able to provide full and partial bursaries through
our Dorothy Thomas Bursary Fund. If you require such support,
please contact our office for an
application form. Parishes who are requesting support for an
individual or family are asked to provide transportation to and from
the Centre. Our funds are limited, so donations to our Dorothy
Thomas Bursary Fund are always welcome.
The Founders' Fund has been set up to encourage youth and
young families to participate in ministry at Sorrento Centre. If you
require assistance please contact the office for details. Donations
towards this new and special bursary honouring Jim Cruickshank and
the early founders will be graciously received.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
We issue gift certificates in any amount, redeemable for courses
and holiday packages. We can send the certificate to you, or
directly to the recipient if you wish. In the past, parents and
grandparents have registered their families or individuals here and
paid for it through gift certificates. It is as easy as picking up
the phone. Our office staff will be able
to help you.
REGISTER EARLY!
Summer programs fill up quickly, so
we encourage people to register as early as possible. Select the
course,
accommodation and meal options that you would like. If you are
paying by cheque,
fill out the registration form and mail it to Sorrento Centre
with your deposit of $100 per adult registration per week. If you
are paying by Visa or Mastercard, you can fax us your completed form
at (250) 675-3032, or you can now
register on-line . Of course you can always call us and
