About Sorrento Centre

Course Presenter Brian Smith A year-round natural setting on the shores of the beautiful Shuswap Lake, B.C. - a place of inspiration, gathering, and growth - Sorrento offers a year-round program of workshops, youth leadership training, public lectures and performances as well hosting booked events at our excellent conference, meeting & retreat facilities.

In addition to meeting and seminar rooms, a cappuccino/coffee shop, a book store, and outdoor labyrinth, there is a covered amphitheatre, a private beach on Shuswap Lake, and beautiful trails and gardens.

We are an accessible facility, and child-friendly, also with a summer day camp for kids! - a welcoming setting for all age groups, individuals and families.

The kitchen staff specialize in fine homestyle cooking - sourcing some produce from the Centre's own farm! Sorrento offers affordable cost-effective accommodation from a selection of lodges, apartments, cabanas, and tenting and trailer campsites.
